I developed my passion in training when I attended Dr. Lawrence Walter Ng, Train the Trainer (TTT) course. I became the Chartered Master Trainer in Lawrence Walter Seminar and opened my own training and coaching company named JAG Leadership Centre. I give public and corporate seminars; run annual sales meetings, and conducts live and Internet training programs on selling, customer loyalty, and personal development.
I have 5 years of experiences as Chief Change Instructor and provide numerous seminars to salesperson from different background. I spoken to over 500,000 audiences together with Dr. Lawrence Walter Ng and co-facilitated all the big names of customers include, Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB), UMW, Christian Dior, Unilever, Applied Material, Goodway, ASTRO, Kurnia Insurance,Mutiara Smart Computing Sdn Bhd,Tenaga Nasional Berhad,Great Eastern and Southern Bank Berhad (SBB), Assisted fellow Chief Executives Officers, Managers, Group Agency Managers, Agency Managers, Agency Supervisors, Students, Lecturers and parents through my seminars, talks, training and personal coaching which was held at Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore.
