I, Mahadi Bin Badrul Zaman also known as Mahadi BZ had nothing at first.  Born in small town in Penang, Malaysia on 19 April 1983,I was the youngest child from two siblings. Since born, I grew up without father’s love. Growing up with a single mother is not easy especially when my brother and I still small that time. My mother did her best to raise us both up. Since small I never know what is the meaning of having big car, house and lots of money, in fact never dream of it because we brought up in very modest family and culture.

If I don’t dare to change, perhaps now I am still an ordinary person. However, when I was in the University Technology of MARA(UiTM) studying  in Actuarial Science, I did a passionate life decision which changed my life because I told myself that “I want to be ‘somebody’.”

Only a strong sense of confidence and thanks to the nurturing mother, made me think positive and always look forward in everything I do.

My life changed significantly. Everything started when I joined as a Wealth Advisor. At that time, no one, neither family nor friends agree with my actions.

Without encouragement and support, questions arose in me, “Can I succeed in this field?“

But I’m not a coward! I do not want to give up even I had to go through all the possibilities. I know there is strength in me to succeed and success does not come easy. As what Eleanor Roosevelt said: No one can make you feel inferior without your consent .In the blink of an eye; I proved that all negative responses to me before were wrong. I managed to change my own destiny.

Now, I became a millionaire in a very young age at 21 years old. In Malaysia, I was the youngest jaguar owner. In 2004 I was awarded the Top CEO Award 2004. I was also awarded the Youngest Million Dollar Producer, Top Manager at Platinum 2, and the Youngest Agency Manager at CIMB Wealth Advisors Berhad at 22 years old.

I started doing insurance in 2009 which I achieved my first MDRT in that particular year itself. On the second year,2010 I became the first and the only Court Of The Table in my company. As at now(11August), I achieved my COT and I’m moving forward to be the Top Of The Table by the end of the year!

However, the achievement I gained today is impossible without the Conqueror attitude that I apply in myself everyday.

At first, failed to find customers, rejection, totally depressed me. Other friends began to get a job that guarantees the future, I still not have any .However, I have high self-confidence  I discover that there is no failures exist, only wrong result. Then I started to apply Mental Warrior attitude to be a mentally tough and to conquer all my difficulties.

For me, whom I ventured into these areas have great potential to change my life. Perhaps, it can make me, an ordinary person to achieve extraordinary achievement at young age.
